Bob Bassett

Bob Bassett is the Dean of the prestigious Lawrence and Kristina Dodge College of Film and Media Arts at Chapman University. A former English professor at the University, then known as Chapman Christian College, Bassett underwent a far-reaching fund raising and diplomatic campaign which resulted in the school's recent construction of several sound stages and a Hollywood backlot, putting the school among the nation's best known film programs.

Bassetts personal guests at the University include filmmaker and California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, directors Robert Zemeckis and William Friedkin, among others.
