Revelation Generation (Rev Gen) is a Christian
Music Festival annually held inFrenchtown, New Jersey , on the Saturday ofLabor Day weekend. In 2008 Revelation Generation will add a Friday night segment, growing to a 2-day festivalRevelation Generation 2008
In its third year, Revelation Generation, also known as RevGen, was a huge success. In the previous years, weather had not permitted a great outcome. The first year of the festival saw temperatures in the high 90's to 100's, and in 2006, residual hurricane rain forced the festival to shut down early, allowing only a small number of performances. 2007, however, was warm and dry, and the festival had an attendance of approximately 18,000 people. Revelation Generation spans a musical range with metal, folk, hip-hop, rap, and rock performances.
