Uğur Arslan Kuru (born February 16, 1989 in Düzce, Turkey) is a Turkish football player.

He begin football in 2001 at Düzce G.Birliği. In 2002 he goes to Düzce Belediye Spor.

He has been the defender for youth team of Fenerbahçe S.K. from 2003 to 2007. Befor 2003, he was playing for Düzce Belediye Spor. In 2003 he came to Fenerbahçe PAF Team with an amateur contract and in 2008 to Fenerbahçe with a professional contract.
