"Kerguelenella innominata" is a species of air-breathing sea snail, a marine pulmonate gastropod mollusc in the family Siphonariidae, the false limpets.

Distribution

This species is endemic to the sub-Antarctic islands of New Zealand.

hell description

The shell is moderately large, broadly ovate, thin and radially strongly malleated. The apex varies from being between the posterior fourth and the posterior margin, or even beyond. The external shell coloration is yellowish-brown externally, under a similarly coloured periostracum. Internally, it is uniformly dark reddish-brown. The shell length is up to 27 mm, width 20 mm, and height 10 mm.
