hell description
The shell is small, broadly ovate, with a central, rather sharply conical apex. Sculpture consists of about 17 smooth, rounded radial ribs.
The shell coloration is dark brown on the apex, fading to greyish-fawn towards the margin, with whitish ribs. Internally, it is purplish-brown fading to whitish at the margin, always with a whitish streak following the lateral groove to the middle. The shell length is up to 15 mm, width up to 12.5 mm, and height up to 5.5 mm.
