Oaks Park High School (OPHS) is a comprehensive secondary school and sixth form situated in the London Borough of Redbridge in east London and has around 2000 students and over 80 staff.
Oaks Park is a specialist Music College and their current GCSE results are marginally above the national average in England[citation needed].

Uniform
The colour scheme of the uniform was chosen in order to correspond the school to the preservation of the environment, and also to make the students look distinctive and easy to recognise,(by the police).[citation needed].
The normal Oaks Park uniform consists of the following:[1]
- Green Blazer and school badge
- School tie – green and gold stripes
- Black V-neck jersey (Optional)
- White shirt with collar
- Box pleat black skirt (sensible length)
- Loose fitting black school trousers (classic style)
- Low heeled black shoes.
- Headscarves must be dark green or black.

- Green reversible rugby shirt with school logo

Sports
The Oaks Park High school Physical Education department has a wide range of sports which students can study at different levels. P.E. is compulsory and as a result the school has developed a reputation for sporting aptitude[citation needed], which has also resulted in the school winning a number of sporting titles against rival schools[citation needed].
Achievements
In 2006, the school won the district sailing regatta for Redbridge, the team compromised of notable alumni including Stephen Harvey and Paul Gardner and came runner-up the following year. They again came in second place in 2010 with a team consisting of students of all different ages, these students were Sophie Davis, Jonathon Gardner, Alex Williams and Frances Dignon. On 28 April 2007 Oaks Park's Year 7 football team won the London cup 3-2 beating Cardinal Pole RC (Hackney), winning their first major trophy in 7 years. The team boasts many players at professional football academies. In 2010, the school represented art with 3 students; Keegan Bester, Nahin Chakrobaty and Asha Rana
The school gained some of its best GCSE results in 2010, with 63% of pupils gaining 5 A*-C grades inlcluding english and maths. 20 particularly picked students went to Fairlop Waters and met Boris Johnson, Mayor of London.
