"Monster Mash" is a cover by The Misfits of the 1962 song Monster Mash by Bobby "Boris" Pickett.

The Misfits have recorded the song several times. A first studio version appeared on Cuts from the Crypt, and another studio version appeared on Project 1950. There was a version recorded live at Power Play Studios in Newark, NJ on Oct. 18, 1997.

The Monster Mash was first released as a Misfits single in 1999. There were two different versions. One with the original Cuts studio recording on both sides, and a version that glowed in the dark with the studio recording on one side, and the live version on the other.

An internet video released for the Live version of the song.

The song was re-recorded for Project 1950, and the new version of the song was also released as a single.
