Julian Winn from Abergavenny (born 23 September 1972 [ [http://m2002.thecgf.com/results/default.asp?ath=8367 2002 Commonwealth Games profile] ] ) is a Welsh competitive cyclist, who represented Wales in the 1998 Commonwealth Games at Kuala Lumpur and at the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester. He was Appointed Welsh Cycling Coach in 2005.
