http://www.scouts-mf.orgScouts Musulmans de France (Muslim Scouts of France, SMF) is a French Muslim Scouting organization for boys and girls between 8 and 21 years old with about 1,000 members. It was founded in 1990 by Sheikh Khaled Bentounes, the spiritual leader of the Sufi Alawiya Brotherhood, and is headquartered in Noisy-le-Grand. It is part of the Fédération du Scoutisme Français (Federation of French Scouting) and through this a member of both the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts and the World Organization of the Scout Movement. It also is a member of the International Union of Muslim Scouts.

Emblem
The badge of the SMF consists of a red fleur de lis for allegiance to the Scout movement, resting on a green trefoil, a sign of belonging to the Guide movement, the 5 pointed star in the centre is for the Muslim believe of the association.
Levels
There are four sections in the organisation.
Voyageurs and Voyageuses are between 8 and 12 years old and belong to a Cercle. Their law can be translated as[1]:
- A Scout is happy.
- A Scout is athletic.
- A Scout is a friend to everyone.
- A Scout is helpful.
- A Scout is active.
- A Scout is orderly.
- A Scout is God's subject.
Éclaireurs and Éclaireuses are between 11 and 15 years old and belong to a Troupe. Their law can be translated as[1]:
- A Scout speaks the truth.
- A Scout is loyal.
- A Scout is courteous in all circumstances.
- A Scout is attentive and contributes to the well being of society.
- A Scout shares with everyone.
- A Scout knows the value of things and respects the property of others.
- A Scout loves all creation and protects life.
- A Scout stays strong and calm in difficulties.
- A Scout carries out and completes the tasks he/ she is entrusted with.
- A Scout has a noble heart and a pure intention to please God.
Pionniers and Pionnières are between 14 and 18 years old and belong to a Poste. Their law can be translated as[1]:
- A Scout loves life.
- A Scout develops his/ her qualities.
- A Scout treats his/ her body with respect and shows consideration to others.
- A Scout thinks of others before himself/ herself.
- A Scout is trustworthy.
- A Scout fights injustice and pays everyone the same level of attention.
- A Scout is inventive and takes action.
- A Scout is discerning and helpful and gives advice.
- A Scout finds reasons to believe even in difficulties.
- A Scout lives his/ her religion in respect of others.
Compagnons and Compagnonnes are between 17 and 21 years old and belong to a Relais. Their charter can be translated as[1]:
Friend of men, I am
To one mankind, I belong
Through Virtue, servant of God
Humble and faithful, I bring peace
To my fellow men, a brother I am
In society, my place I choose
Deed I do, useful and just
From every creature, the secret I hear
With gratitude, I continue on my way
Mineral, plant, animal, I respect
Within this organised chain, my harmony find
And throughout, my duties I fulfil
From my faith in God, I draw my energy
To the family of the faithful, I belong
