Bryant McNeal (born July 13, 1979) is a defensive end who is a free agent in the National Football League. He played college football at Clemson University and led the Atlantic Coast Conference in sacks in 2002.

McNeal was drafted by the Denver Broncos in the fourth round of the 2003 NFL draft. However, he was plagued with injuries and subsequently released. McNeal signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in December 2004 and was cut before the next season began. He was signed to the Oakland Raiders' practice squad in 2006.

McNeal was arrested at 3:35 a.m. Thursday, July 5, 2007 in Lexington County, South Carolina where he lives and charged with driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a headlight. McNeal, a 27-year-old reserve at the time, was wanted in Florida for selling a Land Rover to a pawnbroker for $15,000 when he didn't own it, according to police in Clearwater, Florida.

McNeal was cut from the Oakland Raiders on July 11, 2007.
