Peter Grunauer is a well known
Austria nchef in New York City. He was the proprietor ofVienna 79 , one of the few four star restaurants in New York City. After Vienna 79 he created a chain of high-end cafés called Fledermaus.He is in the process of launching Grunauer's, a steak house in Chelsea.
He Married Lynn Bilske, daughter of Edward Bilske, in 1976. He has two children: Johan Ladislof Grunauer, and Elisabeth Marie Grunauer.
Peter was a top qualifier for the pilot episode of the "
Surreal Life " but was aced out byVanilla Ice , the 1980s rapper.External links
