"ELVIIS: 2nd To None" is the follow-up album to Elvis Presley's 2002 album "". It is a collection of Elvis' songs which didn't make it to number-one (with the exception of "I Want You, I Need You, I Love You") and it includes a remix of Rubberneckin'. This compilation also features the official debut release of the song "I'm A Roustabout", which was intended to be the title track for Elvis' 1964 movie "Roustabout". However, the line "Stick it in his ear" was deemed too risque for 1964 standards, and was subsequently replaced with the more-common song "Roustabout" for the film. Since there was no master tape recording available, the unreleased song came from another source; a sole copy on an acetate.

The album debuted on the Billboard 200 on October 25, 2003 at number 3, with sales of 181,000 copies. It spent 16 weeks on the chart. It was awarded and certified gold and platinum records on November 24, 2003 by the RIAA. The set has sold an estimated 6 million copies worldwide.
