Zaizhen (
1876 -1947 ;Simplified Chinese :载振; Styled Yuzhou 育周) was a noble of the lateQing Dynasty from the rulingAisin-gioro clan.Zaizhen was the Qing Imperial Family's representative at the coronation of
Edward VII in 1902. In 1906 he became the Minister of Agriculture and Industry in the reformed Qing government system. Known for his lavish lifestyle and corrupt behaviour, Zaizhen was known for an affair with Tianjin prostitute and singerYang Cuixi , and was forced to resign in 1907 because of his involvement. He inherited the title Prince Qing from his fatherYikuang briefly during the Republican Presidency ofLi Yuanhong in 1917. He retreated to the British Concession inTianjin after Puyi was removed from theForbidden City in 1924, and attempted to invest in several businesses. He never returned to politics, and died there in 1947.
