It incorporates retail outlets, cafés, bars, restaurants, a cinema, a theatre, a hotel, the Albermarle Music Centre, Gala bingo, car parking, housing and leisure facilities.

Shops include NEXT, USC, H&M, Zara, Oasis, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Pumpkin Patch, Topshop Topman, The Body Shop, and many more. The complex also contains restaurants such as Nando's, Prezzo, and Starbucks, as well as a REEL cinema and a Gala Bingo.

A new transport 'Interchange' has also been built onto the side of the existing train station, it incorporates a new bus and railway station. Also a new 440 seat theatre is being built for Hull Truck Theatre as part of the development. Another part of the development is The Albermarle Music Centre, which is a £3 million development for the Hull Music Service which provides a wide range of music services to the youth of the city.
