Location

This summit took place at the portuguese capital Lisbon, at the Atlantic Pavilion. The dinner was offered by the Portuguese President Cavaco Silva, at Belém Cultural Center

Agenda

The summit took place in order to make European Union and Brazil closer. One of the steps was a deal between Galp Energia and Petrobras.
Portugal formally invited is former colony, Brazil, to be a strategic European Union partner, with regular summits similar to India, Russia and China.
