- Goose Island (New York)
Goose Island is the name of a town and two uninhabited islands in
New York State .One Goose Island is a small rocky island in
Westchester County, New York , just north of Hunter and Twin islands. It is part ofthe Pelham Islands . There is also a small island called Goose Island in theHutchinson River in the Baychester section ofThe Bronx , which supports a colony of nestingwading birds . It is located between theAmtrak railroad bridge and theHutchinson River Parkway bridge, and is part ofPelham Bay Park .External links
