Avalaunch

Avalaunch is an alternative Xbox dashboard that allows users a lot of flexibility and ability to customize the layout to fit their needs. It is free to use, and is developed by a group called Team Avalaunch. Because of Microsoft's copy protection measures, users that wish to run Avalaunch need to either install a mod-chip, replace the original Microsoft BIOS with one that is friendly to running un-signed code, or install a software exploit on to the hard drive which allows the Xbox to run unsigned code.
