USS "Pocomoke" is a name given to three ships of the U.S. Navy:

* USS Pocomoke (SP-265) a minesweeper, was built in Pocomoke City, Maryland in 1902.
* USS Pocomoke (SP-571) a freight boat commissioned 24 April 1917.
* USS Pocomoke (AV-9), a seaplane tender laid down as SS "Exchequer" 14 August 1939.
