Delegate Krysiak was born in Baltimore, Maryland on August 9, 1939. She graduated from the The Catholic High School (all girls) and then attended the University of Maryland and the Community College of Baltimore. Prior to taking office she was a supervisor in the Baltimore City Department of Finance.
