Bluegill ,Largemouth Bass ,Muskellunge (Muskie),Northern Pike , Tiger Muskellunge (Tiger Muskie),Walleye ,Yellow Perch and non-nativeCarp .The most 50 plus inch muskies in the state are caught on Pewaukee lake per year. The deepest part of the lake is 46 feet.Pewaukee lake experieced high waters and flood during the spring and summer of 2008. The flood caused millions of dollars in damages to the surrounding area.
