She was a member of Ghana national women hockey team at the all African games in Johannesburg, South Africa in which the women's
field hockey was demoted to a non-medal event after the Nigerian team dropped out of the tournament. She was the youngest member of the team at a registered age of sixteen but she was actually fifteen. She played as an attackingmidfielder (halfback); she is known for her ability to beat opposing players using her strong dribbling skills, pace and tricks in faking which infuriated opponents, sometimes looking and passing in the opposite direction, she was also know for her quick and flash shots which caught goalkeepers off guard, she famously scored a goal in a club competition where the goalkeeper went behind the post to pick the ball only to find it in the goal post. She has been compared with Brazilian football (soccer) playerRonaldinho and was said to be the nextLuciana Aymar . Opponents threatened to injure her if she did not stop her tricks, her career in hockey was ended after being struck in theforehead by the ball during a hockey match she fell and broke herwrist .Work

She was instrumental in the design of the logo for the
2012 Summer Olympics . She is famously know for her links withAlastair Campbell ,Tony Blair 's former Director of Communications, and her act where she praised the Olympic logo ontelevision and forget to turn hermicrophone off, and was later heard condemning the design of the logo and even quotedTony Benn onQuestion Time inTruro on 7 June, 2007 as saying "The logo is like Tony Blair's administration confusing, lacking substance and direction and sometimes causes epileptic fit". She was labelled as aPrincess of spin, by the host because of her friendship with Alistair Campbell and having said that her comments which were mistakenly broadcast, were comments of those against the logo but not hers.
