Lyrical Content

The song deals with Akon apologizing for the various events in 2006 that led him to be dropped by his sponsors Verizon. In it he apologizes to the singer Gwen Stefani, whom he toured with in the Summer of 2006 on The Sweet Escape Tour, for Verizon pulling out of funding for the tour. The song also deals with an incident in 2006 when a underage girl attended one of Akon's 21+ concerts. The girl went up on the stage while Akon performed, and Akon danced erotically with the girl. Because she was underage, Akon was the subject of much bad publicity afterward, which he addresses in the song's last verse.

Music video

The song's music video premiered on Lusiano's phone August 8, 2007 and had been added to Radio Playlist A1 on August 15, 2007. It had been posted on YouTube on August 10, 2007 after it had been premiered on Yahoo! Music.
