Weppa Wanno is a Kingdom in Etsakor East Council, South- South geo political zone of Nigeria.

It is the homeland of Uwano people in Etsakor-East council. Weppa Wanno is bounded by Avianwu,Ibie, Ekperi, and the Niger River. The people of Weppa Wanno speak Etsakor language with Uwano dialect.

Weppa Wanno people are republican in nature. The issue of kingship in Weppa Wanno is a modern day creation. First is the family head who oversees the family. After this is the village head. Weppa Wanno is currently ruled by a monarch called "Okumagbe" which can be translated as the 'unifier'. The throne of the Okumagbe is rotated among the five kinship groups. The present Okumagbe of Weppa Wanno is Dr. Eghabor who is a renowed Chartered Accountant and industrialist, who is from the Iviokpisa kinship group.

Weppa Wanno consists of about seventeen villages and towns, some of these are Agenebode which serves as the capital and ancestral city of all Weppa Wanno people both at home and in diaspora, it's also the administrative headquarters of Etsakor East Council, Unuedeghor, Emokweme, Osholo, Ekwotsor, Iviari, Ovao, Ivioghe, Iviukwe, Othame, Iviukhua, Igiode, Uzanu, Ivianokpodi, Iviebua, and other places.

*Air Commodore Anthony Ikhazoboh who was twice chairman of the Nigeria Football Association & Minister of Sports and Transport

*Raymond Aleogho Dokpesi, chairman/MD of African Independent Television
*Pa Johnson Jimoh Iyere, AIG. Akhagbosu
