Raul Lambino

Raul L. Lambino is an active practicing lawyer in the Philippines. He rose to prominence when he led the signature campaign to amend or revise the 1987 Philippine Constitution.

He was one of the most visible members of the Consultative Commission for Charter Change, the ad hoc group formed by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo in 2005 to make recommendations for changes in the fundamental law.

Lambino is married to Marilyn De Guzman, and has three children: Mark Ronald, who graduated BS Geography from the University of the Philippines Diliman, Mary Rhauline, cum laude BS Economics graduate also from UP Diliman, and Meryllainne Rhacquel, a BA Political Science student also at UP Diliman.

Education

Lambino is an active trial lawyer. He is the Managing Partner of the R. Lambino & Partners Law Firm located at 2502D Philippine Stock Exchange Centre, Ortigas, Pasig City. Lambino is a Professor of Law at the University of the East College of Law in Manila; and the University of Pangasinan College of Law in Dagupan City.
