Kita-ku, Niigata

<Niigata City

nihongo|Kita-ku|北区|"Kita-ku" of the administrative districts in Niigata Prefecture Niigata City. When the government-designated major city shifted April 1, 2007, it was installed. It is composed of the Niigata City north district and Toyosaka City.

Niigata Racecourse, which is one of the racecourses of JRA, is located in the ward.
