Oriol Ripol (born 6 September 1975, in Barcelona) is a Spanish rugby union player. He plays as a wing for Worcester Warriors in the Championship. Ripol has also played for Spain and is regarded as their best player of modern times. He participated in the 1999 Rugby World Cup finals.

He previously played for Rotherham, Northampton and Sale Sharks and has represented the Barbarians.
