The Mildenhall Treasure

"The Mildenhall Treasure" is a non-fiction work by Roald Dahl.

It tells the story of the discovery in 1946 near Mildenhall in Suffolk of the Mildenhall Treasure, now held in the British Museum.

It was first published in "Ladies Home Journal" in the U.S. in 1946. It was first published in book form in the story collection "The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar and Six More" in 1977. It was published as a single title edition in 1999 by Jonathan Cape, with a newly commissioned cover illustration by Ralph Steadman.
