Legiant

Founded in 1998, Legiant is a privately held company headquartered in Austin, Texas that provides web based time and attendance solutions technology for over 1.75 million people in 7000 organizations worldwide. Legiant developed a time tracking software titled Legiant Timecard that automates time accounting for payroll, attendance, leave requests, and projects utilizing Microsoft.net and XML API technology. The system is capable of interfacing with employee attendance tracking tools such as biometric time clocks and can be installed on site or used as SaaS.
