Henry C. Myers (May, 1858 – April 18 1895) was an American Major League Baseball player from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who played mainly at shortstop for three seasons from by|1881 to by|1884.cite web| title = Henry Myers' Statistics | work = retrosheet.org | url=http://www.retrosheet.org/boxesetc/M/Pmyerh103.htm | accessdate = 2008-03-19 ]

After only playing for one game for the Providence Grays during the 1881 season, he was part of the formation of the Baltimore Orioles of the American Association in by|1882. The team was comprised of many players that had little to no Major League experience, and like Myers, many were from the Philadelphia area.cite web| title = Baseball in Baltimore: The First Hundred Years | work = by James H. Bready | url=http://books.google.com/books?id=kt3T2ArsotAC&pg=PA37&lpg=PA37&dq=%22henry+myers%22+baseball&source=web&ots=1o-lLPq9RL&sig=dPw46Iry-od570WVhZkUXPxNGgw&hl=en#PPA37,M1 | accessdate = 2008-03-19 ] Besides playing shortstop for the Orioles, he was also the manager, and they finished last, 14 1/2 games behind the 5th place team, with a 19 and 54 win/loss record.cite web| title = 1882 American Association standings | work = baseball-reference.com | url=http://www.baseball-reference.com/leagues/AA_1882.shtml | accessdate = 2008-03-19 ] He would never managed again, and made a short playing appearance in 1884 for the Wilmington Quicksteps of the Union Association.

Henry died in Philadelphia at the age of 36, and was buried at the Mount Vernon Cemetery, also in Philadelphia.cite web| title = Henry Myers' profile | work = findagrave.com | url=http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=13349160 | accessdate = 2008-03-19 ]
