Oakworth House

Oakworth House

Oakworth House was the former home of Sir Isaac Holden and his wife Sarah Holden. It was situated in Holden Park, Oakworth in West Yorkshire, England. Sir Isaac died at the age of 90 in 1897 and the contents of the house were sold by auction in 1898. The house no longer exists as it was all but destroyed by fire in 1907.All that remains of the original building is the portico and the Summer House.
