Hamtramck High School is a public high school in Hamtramck, Michigan, United States, named after Colonel Jean François Hamtramck.

Hamtramck High School was located on Wyandotte and Hewitt Streets until 1970 when it was moved to the former Copernicus Junior Middle School.

A four-day strike at Copernicus in April 1965 led to the signing of the first teachers' union contract in Michigan's history.
