- 144th Delaware General Assembly
The One Hundred Forty-fourth Delaware General Assembly was a meeting of the legislative branch of the
Delaware state government, composed of theDelaware Senate and theDelaware House of Representatives . It is currently in session and has met at theDelaware State Capitol , in DoverDelaware sinceJanuary 9 ,2007 , during the last two years of the second administration of GovernorRuth Ann Minner .The apportionment of seats in this State House of Representatives was based on the twenty-second census of the United States in 2000. The Senate has a Democratic majority and the House of Representatives has a Republican majority.
