John Nathan Henderson (born January 9, 1979 in Nashville, Tennessee) is an American football defensive tackle for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League. On March 21, 2006 he signed a contract extension to stay put in Jacksonville, the contract is worth $34 million dollars with $13.4 million in guarantees. Honors

While at the University of Tennessee, Henderson was awarded the Outland Trophy in 2000. The Outland trophy is awarded to college football's top interior lineman.
