wheelchair=Castle Frank is a station on the Bloor-Danforth line of the subway system in
Toronto ,Canada . It is located at 600Bloor Street East at Castle Frank Road, near the former location of Viaduct streetcar loop (longtime terminus of the Parliament streetcar). It was opened in1966 . Nearby landmarks include St. James Cemetery and the western end of thePrince Edward Viaduct .East of the station, the line runs under Bloor Street to use the lower deck of the Viaduct. At the end of the Viaduct it swings back north of
Danforth Avenue .This station is named after the community that it serves. Its streets, and the brook that flows through it, are in turn named after Sir John Graves Simcoe's summer residence in that area overlooking the Don River, which burned down in 1829. The residence was ultimately named after Francis Simcoe, the founder's son.
Castle Frank station was where police arrested the two men convicted in the
