He is the 4th graduate from the Dragon Gate dojo. He debuted in October 2005 against
Don Fujii . After losing the match he was renamed Katsuo by Fujii. He has progressed up the roster since then but is still at a mid-card status. He joined Tozawa-juku in 2006. He assumed the role of their drum bearer. He reverted back to his real name with the Tozawa-juku faction, but in Dragon Gate NEX, he is still known as Katsuo.He and stablemate
Akira Tozawa began teaming together as the Metabolic Brothers within Tozawa-juku towards the end of 2007. He put on a tremendous amount of weight before establishing the tag team, reaching 102 kilograms, and his new character of a charming fat man won him the popularity he was lacking before. However, on July 11, 2008, the team came to an end when Tozawa announced his intentions to go on a diet in light of the recent success that new stablemates Shinobu andEl Generico have brought to the unit. He asked Ono to lose weight as well, but Ono refused and vowed to balloon up to 170 kilograms.On August 26, Yuki Ono asked for - and was granted - a release from his contract with Dragon Gate. However, it was all a ruse, for he immediately returned the next day as the heel "Cyber Kongcito" - even though everyone knew it was him, since his voice gave him away - and joined Real Hazard.
