International Human Rights Association (IHRA)

International Human Rights Association (IHRA) is a non-profit voluntary organization working in the cause of down trodden and suppressed people without regard to their background.

Vision & Mission

The vision of IHRA is the formation of a fearless and resilient society on the basis of truthfulness and non violence, allowing peaceful existence of all, irrespective of caste, creed, sex and religion. The vision is for a society of human rights followers.

The IHRA mission statement is:

The organisation focuses on women and children and undertakes various activities under following components:

* Human rights
* Women and child development programme
* Sustainable rural development programme
* Campaign on child labor, street children, environment, Panchayati Raj,
* Women and child rights
* campaign again women foeticides, etc.

Funds are raised through local contribution and member’s fees, and from national and international donorscitation.
