"Environmental Development Action in the Third World" (ENDA-TM) - international non-governmental association, working in the fields of development and environment. Established in 1972 and based in Dakar, Senegal.

The objectives are declared as follows: poverty reduction, development actions, promoting social solidarity, gender equality and multicultural pluralism, search for alternative development possibilities with focus on environment, enhancing South-South cooperation between the various regions of the Third World.
