The Burger Boat Company, of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, is the builder of custom-designed, hand-built motor yachts. Burger Boat was founded in 1863. It produced its first welded steel yacht in 1938 and began using welded aluminum in 1952. There are approximately 250 Burgers Yachts in service worldwide out of a total production of under 500 built in the company’s history.
