Arben Xhaferi

Arben Xhaferi (Macedonian: Арбен Џафери, "Arben Džaferi") is the former president of the Democratic Party of Albanians in Macedonia (PDSH). Xhaferi is an advocate of rights for ethnic Albanians in the Republic of Macedonia and is most known for calling for a change in the Preamble of the Constitution of Republic of Macedonia. He has published two works on focusing on the Albanian minority in Macedonia, "The DPA Non-Paper", and "The Challenges of Democracy in Multiethnic States," reiterating the beliefs of the PDPA.
