Anfield Online

Anfield Online is a Liverpool FC independent fanzine site and forums that recently celebrated its 10th year online.

The site caters for Liverpool supporters around the world, featuring latest news, comment and articles on the latest stories surrounding the club and an archive of information on the club, match reports, statistics and news items. It has been featured in the Daily Mirror, The Times, The Independent and also on BBC Radio 5 and BBC Radio Merseyside.Fact|date=October 2007

The site was one of the first to trial free match result text messaging to users of the site, before many mobile operators began charging for this service.

Anfield Online was the first LFC website to detail that Xabi Alonso would be arriving at Anfield weeks ahead of the rest of the national media back in late 2004.

The site expanded to include a popular LFC forum in early 2006 and there are currently over 3,000 members signed up already. Around 35,000 people visit the site on a regular basis and over 900,000 supporters visit the site at least once a month.

Anfield Online has recently announced that it has had over one million page views in the month of September 2008, thus making one of the most popular Liverpool FC fansites online.
