Josiel da Rocha or simply Josiel (born August 7, 1980 in Rodeio Bonito, RS), is a Brazilian Striker. He currently plays for Flamengo on loan from Al-Wahda.

He was the top scorer in the 2007 Brazilian league, with 20 goals. He possesses good dribbling and finishing ability. On August 19, 2008, he joined Campeonato Brasileiro Série A club Flamengo.
