Joe Johnson (MSIE)

Joe Johnson, MSIE, is one of the founding members of the World Message Exchange (WME). He served as the Chief Moderator of the networks 108 Special Interest Groups (SIG) from 1991 to 1993. This network was one of the larger QWK packet hub and spoke e-mail systems with hubs throughout the USA, Europe and South Africa. The network ceased operations in 1995 as Internet email gained popularity. Joe also operated the Call Again BBS that served as a major support and e-mail hub for TriBBS software.
