American Liver Foundation

The American Liver Foundation (ALF) is a non-profit organization that promotes liver health and disease prevention. ALF provides research, education and advocacy for those affected by hepatitis and other liver diseases. The ALF has 26 chapters across the U.S. ALF offers educational workshops, seminars,and support groups, The group supports research in two ways: by advocating government funding for liver disease and by providing funding for scientists in order to attract them to liver research. These efforts are supplemented by fundraising events and campaigns.
