Eldridge"; acquired by theU.S. Navy ,4 November 1940 ; placed in service as "Flamingo" (AMc 22),6 June 1941 ; Reclassified as anUnclassified Miscellaneous Auxiliary ,IX-180 ,17 July 1944 ; Struck from theNaval Register 8 January 1946 . Fate unknown.World War II service
