Hamed Diallo (born December 18, 1976 in Zahia) is a football striker from Côte d'Ivoire. He plays for USL First Division club Carolina RailHawks.

Diallo played for the Côte d'Ivoire national football team at the 2000 African Cup of Nations.

During the 2007 season with Rochester, Diallo had earned the confidence of coach Laurie Calloway and was a regular starter up front along with English-born striker Matthew Delicate.

As of July 6, 2008, Diallo had been a less frequent member of coach Darren Tilley's squad and had only logged 474 minutes of playing time in 13 USL matches during the 2008 season. [ [http://www.rhinossoccer.com/team/index.php?team=men Rochester Rhinos men's team 2008 roster] ]
