HMAS Bunbury (FCPB 217)

The second HMAS "Bunbury" (FCPB 217), named for the city of Bunbury, Western Australia, was a "Fremantle" class patrol boat of the Royal Australian Navy (RAN).

"Bunbury" was laid down by the North Queensland Engineers and Agents at Cairns in Queensland on 13 June 1983. She was launched on 3 November 1984, and commissioned into the RAN on 15 December 1984.

"Bunbury" was decommissioned on 11 February 2006. As of 2008, she is awaiting disposal.
