The Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce is a private, membership-based organization that promotes economic prosperity in the metro region of Seattle, Washington, and provides businesses with tools to grow.

For 125 years the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce has been in the business of helping businesses grow and succeed. The Chamber is made up of nearly 2,500 of the Puget Sound's leading companies. Members come from all industries, in all sizes, and from all over the Puget Sound region. The Chamber progress toward the goal of economic vitality by marshalling their collective resources, as stakeholders in business and the community, to strengthen their economic competitiveness, to further enhance their high quality of life, and to connect businesses to each other and to the world.

The Chamber actively lobbies the state Legislature on behalf of its members. Its legislative agenda includes regional achieving a workable regional transportation funding package and strongly encourage the continuation of investments in our transportation infrastructure. Support measures to strengthen our state's research universities and institutions of higher education while maintaining our commitment to quality K-12 education to position Washington state as the standard for world-class educational excellence. The Chamber also supports a competitive tax and regulatory climate and prudent fiscal policy to encourage economic growth.
