Vert skateboarding

Vert skateboarding

Vert skateboarding is a term used to refer to riding a skateboard on a vertical ramp that is a larger version of a halfpipe. Many people use vert ramps in trick skateboarding as well as vert skateboarding. You can perform lip tricks, grab tricks, and other types of tricks on a vert ramp, some of which you wouldn't be able to do without a vert ramp.

Vert skateboarding is used in lots of competitions. These competitions start anywhere from your own local skatepark, to even the X Games which star and show on live television.
