Aana, عانا, is a
village inLebanon .A Lebanese Village in the Western Bekaa District about 57km from Lebanon' capital, Beirut. The name Aana comes from the syriac word 'ono that means "the flock". The village has two churches, one is dedicated to St. Elias (
Elijah ) and the other to Our Lady located in the adjacent borough of Deir Tahniche. The prophet Elias, is still very much alive in the minds of locals. The village is watered by a spring known as Shamsyne (Arabic name meaning "the Two Suns"). The village also produceswine andfruit .The wines of
Chateau Musar grow in a large land about 5 km long there. That long stretch of land is also home of Lebamese-BrazilianCarlos Eddé .Physical Properties
