Michael Stuart (born May 21, 1987) is a Scottish footballer who currently plays for Alloa Athletic. He is a midfielder.
Stuart received his first start away to Peterhead in a 3-0 defeat near the end of the 2005-06 season. He made occasional appearances for the team during the second half of the 2006-07 season, his first of the season coming in December 2006 at home to Raith Rovers as an 80th minute substitute. This after having broken his foot in the final Youth team game of the 2005-06 season, though he restarted training in time to gain recognition and selection from the manager.
Stuart was a semi-regular starter over the next two months, but gradually lost his place in the team. However, at this stage, he remains a squad member for next season.
